Driver of the #14c CMR racing mini sprint for the 2023 racing season is Chad Orr from Upland, IN. With various experience and victories in many different divisions of racing. Chad has been a solid addition to the team since the 2015 season. Chad has driven non wing sprint cars, winged sprint cars, late models, dirt modifieds, mini sprints, and midgets all with success and championships.
Chad was the 2015 Indiana mini sprint rookie of the year. First year in mini sprint he finished 9th in points. Chad has had several long-term relationships with past and current marketing partners and goes above and beyond doing personal television, radio, internet pod casts, and print media appearances and meetings to insure that his partners are extremely satisfied with their investment in team CMR!

Kevin first got behind the wheel in a pavement car. After a break from racing, Kevin met Chad during a business meeting that re-fired the desire to race. After acting as crew chief for Chad for a season, Chad invited Kevin to join the team as a F/T driver in 2021. A racer at heart, Kevin's passion and driving skills have been a perfect fit for team CMR Racing.

As a business professional, Kevin knows the importance of leadership and accountability in all aspects of his life. Kevin brings the same intensity that he shows in his professional life or behind the wheel to marketing partnerships with CMR Racing. Doing our best is not only important on the track, but it should also be important to our partners as well. With CMR Racing as marketing partners, we all win!

Amy has been with CMR Racing since it’s inception. She is responsible for booking all appearances, working on marketing materials, and insuring the team has everything they need to go to the track every weekend.
Amy also handles all contracts, press releases, and also engineering ideas to help promote our marketing partners to the fullest extent.

James came on board with our team in 2022. Life long mechanic with a hard work ethic. James is working and learning every weekend we go to the track. James enjoys spending time with antiques and fiddling around his own shop when he is not at work. he is the proud father of fellow CMR team member Brian and his daughter Andrea who is currently serving our country in the military stationed in Hawaii. Andrea and her husband Nicholas just welcomed their first child, making James a grandpa.
This is why he goes by "pops!" on our team.

Brian started with our team at the beginning of the 2022 season. Brian has quickly adapted to many different jobs on the race cars from coming over late nights to the shop to do engine swaps and tech work on electronics. When at the track he helps with tires, fueling the cars, and also doing various repairs that a night at the track can bring. Brian is the son of team member James Abbott and enjoys spending time on I-Racing when not at work or the track!
